Isolation Meal Ordering
While in quarantine or isolation you are asked to use the Lowe Quarantine /Isolation Menu on the Sidekick mobile app. Below you will find instructions on how to order and receive your meals. Please refer to the correct section and if you have any questions or need assistance, I am available to assist.
General Instructions for both Quarantine and Isolation Students
Download the Sidekick app from your app store.
Register your account
This app will be used for all your meals. Please only order 1 time during a meal period.
When ordering your meal there is a snacks section. Please feel free to order snacks in addition to your meal so you have something to munch on during the day.
Please review the meal period times below
If there is a conflict during a meal period due to classes, please reach out to me so we can make arrangements for other mealtimes.
Once you are out of quarantine or isolation you will resume regular meal service in the dining hall.
Please do not continue to use the app so that we can provide the best service possible to those that are not able to enter the dining hall
In the app there is an option for dietary modifiers and a special instruction box (at the end right before checking out). Please use them to properly communicate with the kitchen team to make sure we are properly preparing meals for you.

Please only order once during this meal period.
You will also receive a care package either with your first meal delivery or when you are checked onto your isolation room
If you need more beverages or snacks during isolation, please do not use the app to request this. Call, Email or text Terry Chavara and she will get you what you need

Breakfast 7 am - 9 am
Lunch 11 am - 2 pm
Dinner 4:30 – 6:00 pm
Saturday - Sunday
Brunch 11:30 am – 2 pm
Dinner 4:30 – 6:00 pm
